Join acclaimed winemaker Anton Smal for a guided tasting of some of Plettenberg Bay’s best Cap Classiques. This exclusive session explores a selection of vintages and dives into the artistry behind these exceptional sparkling wines.

Expect an insightful look at the process, characteristics, and challenges of creating Cap Classique in the Plett Wine Route, with stories from the cellar and the vineyards.

WHITE VARIETALS & AGEABILITY WITH SOLLIE SAUERMAN
Saturday & Sunday at 14:30

Sollie Sauerman of Packwood Wine Estate explores the white wine varietals of Plettenberg Bay, including both young wines and older vintages. This curated experience shines a light on the ageability of white wines and the distinctive terroir that sets the Plett Wine Route apart.

Taste exceptional examples and gain new insight into the evolving character of Plett’s whites over time.

PINOT NOIR WITH JACO VAN DER WATT
Saturday & Sunday at 16:00

Pinot Noir – known as the heartbreak grape – takes centre stage in this special tasting with Jaco van der Watt of Lodestone Wines. Discover the challenges and triumphs of growing and producing Pinot in the Plettenberg Bay region, while tasting some of the best local examples.

This is a rare opportunity to engage directly with the winemaker, taste limited wines, and deepen your appreciation of this delicate, expressive varietal.
